E. Bruce Dwyer, BBA, MBA As a senior line Executive responsible for profitability, he has planned and directed growth and reorganization, appointed and managed direct reports in Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Strategic Management. He has directed teams of up to 200 employees. He assists owners and executives with visioning; strategic management; operational decision-making; reengineering, policies and procedures, and the development of tools focused on financial, operating, and management success. Bruce has a Masters in Business Administration from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and is currently a visiting lecturer at the University of Phoenix, Vancouver Campus in the areas of Global Business, Operations Management, Finance, and Strategic Management. Richard Vann, B. Eng., MBA Richard has worked over 10 years at the executive level, been responsible for achieving revenue targets of $150+ million, managed budgets greater than $30 million, and led teams of up to 25 people. Richard currently helps senior management to increase shareholder value by creating strategic business plans, aligning sales and marketing resources, defining new sales tactics, evaluating new markets, developing new products, crafting branding strategies, and building sustainable competitive advantage. Richard has an MBA from the University of BC and a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University.
Susan Vann, P. Eng. From 1986 to 1998, Susan held senior level positions in manufacturing at several leading packaged goods and companies including Nabob Foods Limited, Shell Canada Chemical Company, and Yves Veggie Cuisine. While at these companies, she was instrumental in improving operating efficiencies, reducing costs through streamlining process operations, and creating a more productive organization. Since 1998, Susan has worked as a consultant in a variety of industries in the area of General Management, Human Resources, Operations, and Business Planning. In 2006, Susan joined Robeez Footwear as VP Operations and was then promoted to General Manager. Some of her accomplishments included:
Susan's formal education includes a B. Eng. from McGill University and an Operations Management Certificate from the University of Western Ontario. She is also a Certified HR Professional Candidate from the Canadian Council of HR Associations, a registered Professional Engineer, and a board advisor with several entrepreneurial companies.

Renata Paynter She is broadly trained in adult education and has worked hands-on in the classroom with adults where she was responsible for the development and execution of the program. Ranata has also sat on an Advisory Committee for curriculum development for a local college and chaired a Career Development Committee for a local school board. She has proven competencies include HR Management, Performance Management, Training and Development, Labour Relations, Employee Relations, and Full Cycle Recruitment. Renata holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from UBC and a CHRP designation from the Canadian Council of Human Resources. She also holds an Adult Education Certification from Cambridge University and is an active member of HRMA.
Roger Barnes Six years each with Nestle and Nabob Foods gave him a thorough understanding of the disciplines of business and marketing. At Nabob Foods he was Marketing Director, responsible for all aspects of marketing Canada's best selling coffee brand and the company's other food lines. In 1986 he became a Partner in MarkTrend Research Inc., which grew into the leading research company based on the West Coast and the tenth largest research company nationally. Roger Barnes has operated Roger Barnes Marketing Planning from August 1992 to date. Kymera Managements draws from this boutique research company to allow clients to gain the advantages of having a senior in-house researcher on an 'as and when needed' basis. Some of Roger's clients include Tourism BC, Sun-Rype, Boston Pizza, Tourism BC and the Royal BC Museum.
